Veneta Vetri offers free shipping on all orders within EU

Items will be packed carefully and shipped within 3 business days - unless otherwise agreed or stated on the order

After submitting an order through www.venetavetri.com, you will instantly receive an order summary by email. Afterwards you will receive a final email confirmation. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the email confirmation.  

Orders are shipped with either UPS, DPD or FedEx. Tracking information will be forwarded by email no later than one business day after the package has been handed over to the courier. Orders are usually shipped with home delivery. If you want to change the delivery address (e.g. to a pickup point) or the delivery day, you must contact the courier service responsible for your shipment to hear about the options. Some courier companies offer to request changes to the shipment directly on their website
