Payment
Payments on www.venetavetri.com are provided by Shopify Payments. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and PayPal
Payments on the webshop are made in EUR (€). In case you pay in another currency, your bank will be responsible for the conversion. Veneta Vetri does not take responsibility for any price changes caused by bank fees or currency fluctuations
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer and receive an invoice. Payments by bank transfer can be done in the following currencies: DKK or EUR
Shipping and return
Shipping
Veneta Vetri offers free shipping in Europe on orders above 250 EUR. On orders under 250 EUR a fixed shipping rate of 35 EUR will be added at check-out. Free shipping is offered on all orders shipped within Italy
After submitting an order through www.venetavetri.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email
Items will be packed carefully and shipped within 3 business days - unless otherwise agreed or stated on the order
Orders are shipped with either UPS, DPD or FedEx. Tracking information will be forwarded by email no later than one business day after the package has been handed over to the courier. Orders are usually shipped with home delivery. If you want to change the delivery address (e.g. to a pickup point) or the delivery day, you must contact the courier service responsible for your shipment to hear about the options. Some courier companies offer to request changes to the shipment directly on their website
Shipping outside EU
Veneta Vetri offers worldwide shipping. In case you want to receive a quote for the cost of shipping an order outside EU, please contact Veneta Vetri by e-mail venetavetri@gmail.com or through a direct message on Instagram @venetavetri. Shipping costs depends on the destination and package size/weight
Please note that custom fees may apply to orders shipped outside EU. In that case you will be contacted by the courier with further notice about custom clearance and/or eventual fees. Eventual custom fees are paid by the buyer
Return
You have the right to cancel and return purchases within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. You are responsible for all shipping costs regarding the return
If you want to return a purchase, you must send an email to venetavetri@gmail.com, in which it is clearly stated that you want to use your right of withdrawal. Items returned without notice will not be accepted
The item must be sent back within 14 days after informing Veneta Vetri by email. When the item has arrived to the return address, it will be inspected by Veneta Vetri. You must return the item in the same condition as you received it. If the item is returned successfully, the full amount (not shipping costs regarding the return) will be refunded to the card/account initially used to make the purchase. If the item is returned damaged or has been modified, its value is considered decreased. In this case you will receive a partial or no refund depending on an evaluation made by Veneta Vetri
The refund will be issued in the same currency as you purchased in. If there occurs a difference in the amount refunded, it can be caused by difference in the daily exchange rate and/or bank fees. The difference will not be compensated
Claims
Your purchase is covered if it is damaged during the transportation. You must inspect the purchase immediately after receiving the package. In case your purchase is damaged, you must communicate a claim to venetavetri@gmail.com within two days after receiving the order
You are required to keep the original packaging and damaged item(s), until Veneta Vetri returns with further notice regarding your claim
Right of complaint
In accordance with EU law, as a consumer you have 24 months of warranty on items sold online. If you want to state a complaint about a defect product, Veneta Vetri must be notified by email (venetavetri@gmail.com) in a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If the product has been misused or has been installed wrongly, the complaint is not justified. If the complaint is valid, you have the right to either get the defect product repaired, get the defect product replaced, have a full or partly refund. Veneta Vetri will examine the specific situation and decide how you can be compensated
You are kindly informed that it is possible to state an issue through the Online Dispute Resolution platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disclaimer
Veneta Vetri disclaims liability for typing errors, incorrect prices and unavailable products. Veneta Vetri reserves the right to deny an order in case there are found errors regarding a product and/or the pricing of it, or if the product is no longer available. Products can be subject to price changes without notice
